I fished Lake Erie yesterday and caught the assortment of fish. Smallmouth, Largemouth, and some fish to take home for dinner. I was unable to locate the yellow perch so I had to improvise and got on a good bluegill bite in a back bay. Walleye caught trolling a Flicker Shad in 18 ft of water. Smallmouth were caught in 21 feet of water on a small spoon. Jim and I went out over the holiday weekend and decided to drop the camera down on a rocky shoal. It was loaded with inactive young year class smallmouth.
